It is specially designed for preschool children where abstract thinking developed from concrete experiences. Learning is based on constructing and manipulating models followed by explorations of models built from MILeS building parts. The parts for younger children are big, soft and the chunky pieces can be used with varying manipulative skills. The lesson plans are developed to encourage students to articulate their ideas and determine answers, to share thoughts and feelings and to make connections through hands-on experience in their own style and time frame.

Kliks Kindergarten
program planned to be the first introduction to MILeS creative and interactive environment. The young children (ages 3-4) use 1:1 colourful building cards to build large realistic models or to create their own designs.

Activities allow children to experienceconstructing models from-2D to-3D, developingfine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.
The children gain teamwork skills whileemphasizing both group responsibilityand individual responsibility in thelearning process.
The 4-5 years old children build, manipulate and investigate the magic world of animals and the area of transportation. The kit includes a variety of MILeS for Kids building parts as well as special parts like ears, eyes, wings and legs that can be used to build various creatures. The 5-6 years old children discuss features of stable structure and design their invented models using the regular-size MILeS parts.
